Things to know before you book.

How does the drop-off work? +
We set up an hour before your event. Your guests use the booth on their own. We come back at the end of your window to pack up.
Is the price really all-in? +
Yes. Booth, drop-off, pickup, digital extras, and travel within Greater Seattle & Tacoma. Outside that area, we'll quote any travel fee upfront.
How much space does the booth need? +
A 6×6 ft area with a standard outlet within 25 feet.
What do you need for set up? +
A safe, level place to set up the booth, and access to a standard power outlet. Outdoor event with no outlet nearby? No problem — The Celebration and The Signature packages both include a portable power pack at no extra charge.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
At least 2 weeks. For peak season weekends (May–October), book 4–6 weeks out.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Full refund of your deposit 30+ days out. Within 30 days, the deposit is non-refundable, but we'll work with you to reschedule whenever possible.
